All our practitioners have valid liability insurance. They are fully qualified from reputable colleges and all certificates are checked by Pivotal before they work for us. All practitioners are members of appropriate governing bodies and adhere to a specified Code of Conduct. They all must take regular updates to their training in the form of accredited Continuing Professional Development.
All your details will be kept strictly private and confidential and will not be shared with third parties. (We may request to communicate with other medical specialists on your behalf but will get your permission & authorisation in writing first.)
If for some reason we cannot help you, we will certainly know someone who can. We have an extensive network of well resourced professionals whom we can refer you to should you need tests or treatments that we are unable to provide ourselves. If you are not in a position to pursue private treatment, we work with many health insurance companies or can write directly to your GP, summarising our findings.
