Being in a therapeutic hypnotic trance, is like being in a  deep state of relaxation where your mind remains clear and focused and you will probably remember all that has been said to you. Your hypnotherapist will make positive suggestions to you when you are in this deep relaxation with the intention of helping you achieve the changes that you want.

 

logoembedAt Pivotal Health Solutions we offer a bespoke service where we create each hypnotherapy session with you exclusively in mind. Some other therapists use pre-written scripts for specific situations and although this is perfectly acceptable, we want to go that step further and ensure your hypnotherapy experience is as effective and personal as possible.

We spend time with you before your first hypnotherapy session, getting to know you and answering any questions you may have about the process. During this time we identify the areas you want to work on and aim to find out your personal likes and dislikes so that the therapeutic journey we create is perfect for you.

After this introductory meeting, we will schedule your first Clinical Hypnotherapy session and your therapist will work on preparing your unique experience during the time in-between.

Your hypnotherapist will give you guidance as to what techniques  you can use at home to help underpin and support the work you do in clinic. The more you practice these techniques, the more effective your hypnotherapy experience will be. You do need to be committed to making these sessions work for you and in partnership with your therapist, you will be surprised at what can be achieved as well as amazed at how quickly the positive outcomes of your hard work will begin to show.
