Hypnotherapy appointments need 48 hours notice of cancellation or deposit is lost.

Your hypnotherapist will have invested time preparing  your session in advance of your appointment. Also due to the fact that hypnotherapy sessions are in demand, we need to ensure that sessions are not left empty.

We hope you understand and will provide us with enough notice so that it does not involve cost to any of us.

Initially we meet to assess what weight loss you wish to achieve. We agree a course of action and book three hypnotherapy sessions after discussing what to expect. The price includes online support, food diary analysis and one phone ‘top up’ session of up to 30 mins.
